Gingerbread Beignet’s @ New Orleans Cafe, Disneyland These could have been awesome, but to me they were just so-so. The batch we got were quite dry, probably because they were overcooked. What really saves these though is the Egg Nog creme anglaise which if the beignet’s where better prepared this dessert would be heavenly.
